The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled leader to head the Patient and Public Involvement Programme within the Quality & Standards Directorate in Manchester. You will turn patient feedback from surveys, complaints and compliments into service improvements and support volunteers and patient groups.

With degree-level or equivalent experience, you will facilitate co-production, manage governance reporting, and collaborate with Healthwatch and cancer charities to improve patient

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent experience required.
• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience desirable.
• Experience delivering patient engagement or involvement programmes.
• Facilitating focus groups, workshops or co-production events.
• Analysing patient feedback and producing reports.
• Supporting service improvement using patient insight.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Trust's Patient and Public Involvement Programme, including its development, delivery and evaluation.
• Develop and support patient partnership groups, patient panels and patient representative networks.
• Recruit, induct, train and support patient representatives, partners and volunteers.
• Promote co-production and help teams involve patients in service redesign and quality improvement.
• Ensure involvement reflects diverse communities and supports equality of access.
• Manage patient experience programmes including surveys and feedback; develop insights.
