Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head of Involvement to lead the patient, public and community involvement strategy within the Communications and Engagement Directorate. The role focuses on governance, strengthening relationships with Healthwatch and community groups, and overseeing external research and engagement linked to the New Hospital Programme.

With senior involvement experience in complex or regulated settings and a post-graduate qualification, you will guide governance

• Post-graduate qualification or professional diploma in communications, public relations, engagement or a related field

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of the Trust's patient, public and community involvement strategy
• Provide strategic leadership for engagement linked to the New Hospital Programme
• Build relationships with Healthwatch, voluntary groups and seldom-heard communities
• Lead the governance framework for member and governor engagement
• Commission and oversee specialist engagement, research and evaluation
• Work with senior executives, governors and external stakeholders to embed patient and community insight in decisions
