Qualifications

• Proven front desk coordination in a private healthcare setting.
• Experience with patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and guide patients through the clinic journey.
• Coordinate GP and specialist appointments, imaging, diagnostics and referrals.
• Maintain front desk and waiting area in a professional manner; support CRM workflows.
