Progressive GP Group of Practices in Patchway is seeking a Patient Co-ordinator to be the first point of contact for patients contacting the practice. You will listen, guide and help patients access the right healthcare professional or service, providing friendly, patient-focused support.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients contacting the practice.
• Help patients access the most appropriate healthcare service.
• Manage appointment requests and bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and face-to-face.
• Support patients with enquiries and administrative requests.
• Create and maintain accurate patient records.
• Process correspondence and documentation.
• Work closely with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Help ensure patients receive a safe, efficient and positive experience.
