Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments, consultations and treatment journeys.
• Support patients with treatment enquiries, follow-ups and ongoing care.
• Manage appointment diaries, recalls and surgery availability.
• Welcome patients and handle telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Work closely with dentists and the clinical team to ensure smooth patient care.
