Job summary

Care Fertility Bath is hiring two Patient Services Executives to join our welcoming Bath team. The role is administration-focused, serving as the first point of contact for patients and ensuring compassionate, expert and seamless support throughout their fertility journey.

With NHS experience preferred and strong organisational skills, you will collaborate with clinical and admin colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• NHS experience is highly desirable, including knowledge of NHS systems and processes (approximately two years' experience preferred).
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion in every interaction.
• A proactive, flexible and supportive approach to work.
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients, delivering compassionate, expert and seamless support throughout their fertility journey.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to reflect Care Fertility values in every patient experience.
