Job summary

Care Fertility Woking is seeking a Patient Services Executive to be the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate, expert and seamless support throughout their fertility journey. This administrative-based role is permanent and located at Care Fertility Woking.

You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a professional service, manage appointments, handle calls and inquiries, and help ensure every patient experience reflects our values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• NHS experience is highly desirable, including knowledge of NHS systems and processes.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and compassion.

Salary: £21,238.98 per annum (FTE £26,548.73), inclusive of High-Cost Area Weighting

We are looking for a Patient Services Executive to join our team at Care Fertility Woking on a permanent basis. In this vital administration-based role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert and seamless support throughout their fertility journey.

Working closely with both clinical and administrative teams, you will help ensure every patient experience reflects our values while delivering a professional and efficient service.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• NHS experience is highly desirable, including knowledge of NHS systems and processes (approximately two years' experience preferred).
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion in every interaction.
• A proactive, flexible and supportive approach to work.
