Job summary

The Lister Fertility Clinic at Chelsea, part of HCA UK, is seeking a Patient Liaison Officer to warmly welcome prospective patients and guide them from initial enquiry through to their appointment. You will handle enquiries via phone, email and online platforms, coordinate bookings with clinical and administrative teams, and maintain accurate patient records with a focus on excellent service.

Working a permanent 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, you will join a leading private

• Experience in customer service, administrative or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patient enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Manage appointment bookings and support patients throughout their journey.
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with patients.
