Job summary

Humbleyard Practice in Norwich is recruiting two part-time patient care advisors to join our supportive team across Cringleford, Hethersett, and Mulbarton surgeries. You will welcome patients, answer enquiries, book appointments, and guide them to the right clinician or service.

The roles offer two fixed patterns: Role 1 on Mon-Tue 08:00–18:30 and Role 2 on Thu-Fri 08:00–18:30, with full training provided and a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE or NVQ2 level (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude are essential.
• Comfort with database systems and IT tools will be provided training.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients in person or by phone.
• Book appointments and signpost to the correct clinician or service.
• Update patient records and support clinical/admin teams to keep operations running smoothly.
