Job summary

Service Care in Liverpool is seeking a Care Navigator to support GP practices and Primary Care Hubs with flexible on-going hours. The role involves helping patients navigate healthcare services and handling enquiries in a patient-focused manner.

You will perform administrative duties, maintain EMIS records, and work closely with GPs and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care and efficient service delivery.

Contract: Flexible on going hours (part-time/full-time)

Salary: £17 per hour (ltd)

Location: Services across Liverpool and Sefton

Job Summary

Contract-based opportunity within primary care. Previous experience as a Care Navigator or Receptionist within a GP practice, health centre, or primary care setting. Experience using EMIS is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. A patient-focused approach with the ability to handle enquiries professionally. Ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and administrative teams
