Patient Care Coordinator – Premium Private Clinic, Harley Street

Join a high-end medical team where your people skills make a real difference. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll guide patients through their entire journey, from first enquiry to post-treatment support, ensuring every interaction is personal and professional.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries
• Book consultations and surgical appointments
• Be the main point of contact for patients
• Handle invoicing and maintain accurate records
• Support a smooth, compassionate patient experience

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in KPI driven roles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with scheduling and admin systems
• A calm, confident approach in a busy setting

• Hybrid working, based 2 days per week in the Harley Street Clinic
• A salary of £28,000 per annum + OTE of £50,000 - £60,000
