Optical Express is seeking a Patient Advisor in Dudley (with coverage for Wolverhampton) to deliver outstanding patient care in a busy clinic. The role involves welcoming patients, assisting in consultations, and coordinating appointments while maintaining accurate health records.

You will engage with patients with empathy, communicate clearly, and support finance options and aftercare. A 24-hour part-time schedule offers proactive training and progression opportunities within a caring team.

Formación

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with patients and maintain regular communications before and after treatment.
• Assist in patient consultations and health questionnaires.
• Assist patients to complete health questionnaires and scan eyes with state-of-the-art equipment.
• Introduce patients to their optometrist and schedule treatment dates.

Location: Dudley (Must be able to also cover Wolverhampton)

It’s our Patient Advisor’s role to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Our Patient Advisors are often the first person our patient interacts with. Every day will bring something new, but your day to day role will involve:

• Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
• Assisting in patient consultations
• Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check
• Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
• Introducing patients to their optometrist
• Scheduling treatment date
• Discussing finance options
• Accurately maintaining patient records
