Circle Integrated Care in Bedford is seeking a Patient Administrator (Bank) to support the patient journey and administer bookings during busy periods. This as-and-when-required role offers flexible hours within a private healthcare setting.

The role requires GCSEs in Maths and English, PC proficiency, and basic financial awareness; prior private healthcare administration is a plus. Competitive hourly rate and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Maths and English GCSE at grades A-C or equivalent.
Proficient in using a PC and standard software/systems.
Basic financial awareness for patient bookings and invoices.

Responsabilités

Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
Ensure best practice process maps are followed for efficient, professional service.
Handle patient queries with efficiency and professionalism.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received by email.
Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act.
Ensure safety measures for patients, relatives, visitors, staff and contractors.
