Beebe Healthcare is seeking a patient registration associate to support the health system in onboarding patients and managing insurance information. You will handle data entry, document scanning, and ensure accuracy across the electronic records system.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance eligibility, guiding patients through processes, and assisting clinical staff with clerical tasks to maintain smooth daily operations.

Formación

• Two years experience in hospital/medical office environment.
• Ability to communicate with public in a courteous manner.
• Familiar with medical terminology and able to adapt to change.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews patients to obtain demographic and insurance information for treatment and billing.
• Inputs registration information into computer system and verifies accuracy.
• Prepares forms for patient signature and ensures they understand them.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and whether referrals are needed for visits.
• Directs patients to correct locations and assists with daily workflow of the practice.
