Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to pursue AI-driven process improvements including curiosity and adaptability.
• CRCR certification within 6 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Admit patients for services, collect demographics and insurance information, and perform eligibility checks.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and route calls.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures from patients and guardians.
• Support point-of-service goals and billing processes with accurate documentation.
• Review eligibility responses in the insurance verification system and support POS and billing processes.
• Utilize ABN software to screen medical necessity and distribute required forms.
