Job summary

CentroMed is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet patients, register them in the system, and coordinate encounter data entry. The role includes handling billing, eligibility checks, and scheduling while maintaining patient confidentiality.

A bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred, with a focus on accurate data entry and excellent service. This is a full-time, on-site position with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Health care setting and medical data entry preferred.
• Strong clerical skills including keyboarding and basic math.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
