Job summary

Circle Health Group Limited – Monthly in Glasgow is seeking a Patient Liaison Officer to join the Marketing team. This full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, includes a flexible shift pattern and duties to convert self-pay enquiries into appointments, provide information and pricing, and support patients through the intake process.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, proven influencing/sales ability, and proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience across phone, written and face-to-face channels.
• Ability to meet service performance standards.
• Proven influencing/sales skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert appropriate self-pay enquiries to self-pay procedures.
• Provide timely responses to self-pay enquiries from patients and NEC.
• Facilitate access times and information required for conversion.
• Influence patients to choose Circle Health Group.
• Provide pre-consultation information and indicative pricing.
• Book self-pay patients into clinic appointments.
• Complete mandatory training.
