Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with gathering inputting patient data into RiO or similar systems.
• Ability to monitor and interpret performance data.
• Proven admin support experience for large teams.
• Ability to prioritise fluctuating workloads.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and inputs patient data into RiO and other systems.
• Monitors performance data to ensure targets and standards are met.
• Provides administrative support to a large team.
• Prioritises a fluctuating workload effectively.
• Oversees administrative tasks within the team to maintain high standards.
• Notes and minutes meetings; prepares live typing as required.
