Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) is seeking a full-time Band 4 Administrator to join the Community Treatment Team as a Pathway Coordinator in Sunderland. The role focuses on supporting the clinical team, developing and managing systems, and maintaining high administrative standards in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity offers training, development, and the chance to influence patient pathways while working closely with leadership to ensure service

Qualifications

• Experience inputting patient data into RiO
• Experience monitoring performance data in health services
• Experience providing administrative support to a large team
• Ability to prioritise fluctuating workload and meet targets
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tasks
• Note-taking and minute-taking skills during meetings

Responsibilities

• Gather and input patient data onto RiO patient record systems
• Monitor performance data to support clinical targets
• Provide administrative support to a large NHS team
• Oversee and monitor the work of others within the administration team
