Job summary

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent qualification.
• RSA 3 or NVQ 3 or equivalent secretarial experience or qualification.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end pathway administration and coordination across the assessment and patient pathway.
• Monitor waiting lists and assessment activity.
• Data validation, quality assurance and performance reporting.
• Independent prioritisation within established procedures.
• Escalation of pathway delays and data issues.
• Liaison with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Support clinical leads and pathway managers with waiting lists and documentation.
• Record information using electronic systems and maintain health records.
