Candidates from Quantity Surveying or Project Management backgrounds will oversee major construction projects, develop the regional business, and mentor teams while delivering excellence in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or Project Management.
• Senior Associate, Director, Project Director or Partner level experience, or readiness to progress.
• Strong relationships and understanding of the North East market.
• Ability to manage and develop teams whilst delivering projects to high standards.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for fee generation.
• Collaborative leadership and developing colleagues.
• Ambition to grow a successful regional business.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the existing Partner to grow the regional business.
• Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying or Project Management team.
• Oversee the successful delivery of major construction and property projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat work.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the North East.
• Support fee generation and the commercial performance of the office.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support career progression.
• Contribute to business planning and the leadership structure of the Newcastle office.
• Represent the business at industry events and raise its regional profile.
