Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner in Newcastle upon Tyne to help lead a growing regional business. The role involves working with the existing Partner to grow client relationships, win new work and drive project delivery across a portfolio of major schemes.

The successful candidate will bring senior-level experience in Quantity Surveying or Project Management, strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development within the North East

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or Project Management within a construction consultancy.
• Experience at Senior Associate, Director, Project Director or Partner level, or readiness to progress into such a position.
• Strong professional relationships and understanding of the North East construction and property market.
• Ability to manage and develop teams whilst maintaining high standards of project delivery.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and relationship management skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for fee generation and repeat business.
• A collaborative leadership style and a genuine commitment to developing colleagues.
• Ambition to contribute to the continued growth of a successful regional business.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with the existing Partner to support the strategic growth and management of the regional business.
• Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying or Project Management team, depending on professional background.
• Oversee the successful delivery of major construction and property projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the North East.
• Build relationships with developers, investors, local authorities and other key regional stakeholders.
• Support fee generation, commercial performance and the continued expansion of the office.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues, creating opportunities for career progression.
• Contribute to business planning, recruitment and the longer-term leadership structure of the Newcastle office.
• Represent the business at industry events and strengthen its profile across the regional market.
