Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
• MRICS or Associate membership of RICS or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow core service offerings in the Northeast England region.
• Secure new work and build a capable delivery team.
• Provide strong leadership and drive business development.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships to drive growth.
• Ensure projects are led by competent, experienced staff.
• Address capability gaps within project teams as part of risk management.
• Lead bid submissions and proposals to win new programmes.
• Deliver excellent customer care and exceed client expectations.
• Foster a positive culture in the Newcastle office.
