Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent qualification, preferably within a construction-related discipline.
• Professional membership or progression towards MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy or client-side environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Acting as a key client interface and developing strong relationships.
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating stakeholders.
• Managing budgets, accounts, resources and commercial performance.
• Providing governance, reporting and risk management.
• Advising on procurement strategies and contract administration.
• Working with recognised project management methodologies.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Contributing to business development, fees and tenders.
• Identifying opportunities for repeat business and client relationships.
• Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects.
