Job summary

Norwood Electrical UK Ltd seeks a PAT engineer to carry out In-service Inspection and Testing of electrical equipment in line with the IET Code of Practice. You will ensure quality results for clients and accrediting bodies, while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

Engage with customers to minimise disruption across sites such as schools, hospitals, hotels and universities, and download weekly results to the Head Office PAT team.

Qualifications

• PAT testing knowledge and compliance with IET Code of Practice.
• Good time management and scheduling abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email access.

Responsibilities

• Carry out In-service Inspection and Testing (PAT) of electrical equipment per IET Code of Practice.
• Produce results meeting client and accreditor quality standards.
• Manage appliance testing in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations.
• Liaise with customers to minimise disruption and meet site requirements (schools, hospitals, hotels, universities).
• Download and send weekly results to the PAT team at Head Office.
• Plan and manage own time, with schedules arranged by the PAT Team.
