Job summary

Norwood Electrical UK Ltd requires a PAT testing engineer to carry out in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment across multiple sites, including schools, hospitals, hotels and universities.

You will produce compliant results and liaise with customers to minimise disruption while meeting their requirements. Weekly download of results to the PAT team at Head Office is included in the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-service inspection and testing (PAT) of electrical equipment.
• Ability to liaise with customers and understand their requirements.
• Strong time management and planning to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform PAT testing in accordance with IET Code of Practice.
• Produce results that meet client and accrediting body standards.
• Manage testing across sites while adhering to Health & Safety Regulations.
• Coordinate with customers to minimise disruption and meet site-specific needs.
• Download and send weekly results to the PAT team at Head Office.
• Plan and manage own schedule to ensure timely completion.
