Corinthia London is seeking a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to produce and present pastry items in a timely and precise manner within a luxury five‑star environment.

You will assist and deputise for the pastry Chef de Partie, ensuring high standards, creativity, and impeccable presentation across desserts, sugar work, and evening tea offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry, desserts or sugar work.
• Desire to learn and develop in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent English communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for the timely production and presentation of food in the pastry section, as well as to assist and deputise for the Chef de Partie of the pastry section ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

• Demonstrate good skills and creativity in one or more aspects of pastry (e.g. sugar, chocolate, bread, plated desserts, Banqueting and/or afternoon tea)
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
