Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef to join our luxury kitchen team. You will support the pastry section in delivering high-quality desserts and patisserie items, ensuring creativity, consistency and presentation meet our luxury standards.

The role contributes to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs, maintain mise en place, and help manage stock and cleanliness while upholding strict food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry kitchen or similar culinary role is desirable.
• Passion for pastry, baking and dessert preparation is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods to the highest standards.
• Support the pastry team and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared efficiently and in line with service requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry section at all times.
• Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and minimise waste.
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory management within the section.
• Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and in line with brand standards.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
