Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef to join our luxury kitchen team. You will assist in creating high-quality desserts, pastries, and patisserie items, ensuring consistency and presentation that meets our luxury standards.

You will work closely with the Chef de Partie and senior chefs, maintain mise en place, and uphold food safety while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pastry kitchen or similar culinary role.
• Passion for pastry, baking, and dessert preparation.
• Strong presentation and high standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods to high standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily pastry operations.
• Prepare mise en place efficiently for service.
• Maintain pastry section cleanliness and organisation.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and minimise waste.
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory in the section.
