Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. You will work under the Sous Chef and Head Chef, taking ownership of a designated section and delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and care.

Applicants should have experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen, a passion for food and strong knowledge of food safety.

Qualificações

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Strong cooking technique and ability to lead a section under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of a designated kitchen section.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure mise en place is efficient and service runs smoothly.
• Monitor quality, portion control and waste to maximise efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with regulations.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and deliveries.
