Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of Exclusive Hotels and Venues, is recruiting a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen. You will help create exceptional pastries and desserts for a Michelin-starred environment, working with a passionate team dedicated to quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Pastry-focused role requiring quality pastry craftsmanship.
• Experience as Commis Chef or similar in a quality hospitality environment is desirable.
• Strong cooking skills with pride in producing consistent dishes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie with the smooth running of the pastry section.
• Prepare and cook pastry dishes to specification, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks during service to support efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and food safety within your section.
• Assist with stock rotation, labeling and correct storage of ingredients.
• Mentor and support junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Develop skills with the aim of progressing to Chef de Partie.
