Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for a prestigious luxury hotel in North Yorkshire. You will join a supportive pastry team and craft high-quality desserts and pastries in a busy, high-end kitchen.

The role offers £30,500 plus service charge, with temporary accommodation and relocation support available. A genuine passion for pastry and strong teamwork are essential as you develop skills and contribute to seasonal menus in a renowned hospitality operation.

Competenze

• Previous experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or similar.
• Genuine passion for pastry with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience within a high-quality, busy kitchen environment.
• Good technical pastry skills and a desire to continue developing.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive, proactive and hardworking attitude.

Mansioni

• Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry, desserts and baked goods
• Producing dishes to exacting standards of quality and presentation
• Supporting the pastry team with daily preparation and service
• Assisting with menu development and seasonal dishes
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient pastry section
• Ensuring all food hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained
