Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious luxury hotel in North Yorkshire to recruit a Pastry Chef de Partie. You'll join a talented pastry team, producing high-quality desserts and pastries, with access to development opportunities and relocation support.

This role offers £30,500 per annum plus a service charge, with temporary accommodation and relocation assistance available to help you relocate and settle in.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar.
• A genuine passion for pastry and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience within a high-quality, busy kitchen environment.
• Good technical pastry skills and a desire to continue developing.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive, proactive and hardworking attitude.
• The ambition to progress your career within a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry, desserts and baked goods.
• Producing dishes to exacting standards of quality and presentation.
• Supporting the pastry team with daily preparation and service.
• Assisting with menu development and seasonal dishes.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient pastry section.
• Ensuring all food hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained.
• Supporting junior members of the team and working collaboratively across the kitchen.
