You will join a dedicated pastry team, contributing to high-quality desserts and pastries across an all-day dining and event-focused setting, with opportunities to showcase creativity and seasonal menus.

Competenze

• Some good previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-quality restaurant.
• An awareness of trends and seasonality of produce.
• A creative approach with attention to detail.
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.

• Oversee day-to-day pastry operation under the Head Pastry Chef.
• Manage prep schedules, stock control and budgeting.
