Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious luxury hotel in North Yorkshire to recruit an experienced Pastry Sous Chef. The role offers £40,000 per annum plus service charge, with temporary accommodation and relocation support.

Qualifications

Proven pastry expertise in luxury environments.
Strong eye for detail and presentation.
Experience in busy, high-quality kitchens.
Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality pastry, desserts and baked goods to exacting standards.
Assist in developing menus, dishes and seasonal specials.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation across pastry production.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient pastry section.
Support Head Chef with day-to-day pastry operations.
Supervise and support junior pastry team members.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
