Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for a bustling hotel and restaurant in the United Kingdom. You will lead the pastry section, producing pastries, desserts and breads for service, afternoon teas and private celebrations.

The role offers a 45-hour week across 5 days with live-in accommodation, meals and tips. AA Rosette level standards apply; a career-focused, team player is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven pastry experience at chef de partie level.
• Rosette level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working on the stand-alone Pastry section with assistance from juniors.
• Making all pastries, desserts and breads for service and private parties.
• Using all fresh produce.
• Working to AA Rosette level standard.

Pastry Chef de Partie. Our client based at this hotel & restaurant has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and work on the Pastry Section. This is an opportunity to join a busy kitchen and produce pastry and breads for restaurant. afternoon teas and celebrations. The role is 5 days from 7 over 45 hours a week with tips paid also.
