Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a 4* Luxury Hotel for an exceptional Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry Section, crafting breads, desserts and afternoon teas for banquets and fine dining.

The role offers staff accommodation on relocation, meals, tips and 28 days holiday, with a focus on AA Rosette standard and collaboration with a strong Head Chef and junior support.

Qualifications

Candidate must have pastry chef experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
Rosette level experience is preferred or attainable.
Candidates should be career-focused and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

Run the standalone Pastry section and lead pastry production.
Create breads, desserts, and afternoon teas for service and functions.
Work with a junior chef and under the Head Chef guidance.

Excellent Pastry Chef Opportunity in Luxury Hotel Pastry Chef. Our client based at this 4* Luxury Hotel has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and run the Pastry Section. This is an opportunity to join a busy property and produce pastry products for high end banqueting, afternoon teas and the fine dining restaurant. The hotel uses all fresh ingredients and has an establised senior management team. The role is available with staff accommodation.
