Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for a 4* Luxury Venue in the UK. You will join the pastry brigade to produce cakes, pastries, desserts and afternoon teas for service and functions, using only fresh ingredients and maintaining AA Rosette level standards.

The role offers a 45-hour week, straight shifts, meals provided, and accommodation if relocating. Salary up to £33k plus tips, with staff benefits and an employee health scheme.

Qualifications

• Pastry chef de partie with rosette-level experience or higher.
• Experience in luxury hotel/restaurant environments preferred.
• Career-focused and a strong team player.
• Eager to learn and develop under a strong Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Work on the standalone pastry section with support from a junior chef.
• Produce cakes, pastries, desserts and afternoon teas for service and functions.
• Use only fresh ingredients in all creations.
• Maintain AA Rosette level standards in pastry output.

Pastry Chef de Partie. Our client based at this 4* Luxury Venue has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and work in the Pastry Section. This is an opportunity to join a busy property and produce pastry products for high end banqueting, and the fine dining restaurant.

The Role

• Working on the Stand alone Pastry section with assistance from junior chef
• Making all Cakes, Pastries, Desserts and Afternoon Teas for service & functions
• Using all fresh ingredients
• Working to AA rosette level standard

• Already a Pastry Chef de Partie
• Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant
• Career focused and Team Player
• Wanting to learn and develop skills under strong Head Chef
