Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for a luxury country hotel in Leicestershire. The role covers pastries, desserts and breads for the restaurant, afternoon teas, and private functions, with a 40-hour week and tips.

Qualifications

• Must already be a Pastry Chef de Partie.
• Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Career focused and team player.

Responsibilities

• Work on the standalone Pastry section with assistance from juniors.
• Make all pastries, desserts and breads for afternoon tea service, private parties, functions and banqueting.
• Use fresh produce.
• Work to AA rosette level standard.

Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Leicestershire who are recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie.This is an opportunity to join a busy kitchen and produce pastry and breads for restaurant. afternoon teas and celebrations. The role is 5 days from 7 over 40 hours a week plus tips.
