Gateway Hospitality Recruitment's client, a luxury and busy country hotel in Leicestershire, is recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie to join a vibrant kitchen. You will produce pastries, desserts and breads for the restaurant, afternoon teas, private parties and banqueting, working in a standalone pastry section with junior support.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £34k

The Role

• Working on the Stand alone Pastry section with assistance from juniors
• Making all Pastries, Desserts and Breads for afternoon tea service & private parties, functions and banqueting
• Using all fresh produce
• Working to AA rosette level standard

The Person

• Already a Pastry Chef de Partie
• Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant
