Premier Selection is recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie for a privately owned restaurant in Uppingham, Rutland — a kitchen led by an award winning Head Chef who values high standards, creativity and a brilliant team culture.

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a popular dessert menu featuring a tempting mix of classic and modern dishes — with real scope to develop your own ideas and put your stamp on the section.

You’ll work under the guidance of an exceptional Head Chef alongside a talented brigade, producing beautiful, well‑executed pastry work to a consistently high standard. This is a Pastry Chef de Partie role where your creativity genuinely matters.

We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with previous pastry experience — whether you’re a trained pastry chef or a main kitchen Chef de Partie who loves pastry and wants to develop their skills further. Either background is welcome.

Candidates will ideally need to live in the Uppingham, Oakham, Corby, Stamford or Market Harborough area with their own transport

Base Salary from £32,000 (depending upon experience) | Generous Tips | Meals on Duty
