An established industry player seeks a passionate Pastry Chef to join their team, focusing on creating delightful and nutritious desserts for independent schools. This role emphasizes a great work-life balance with a structured schedule, including full closures during Christmas and New Year. This role offers a great work life balance as approximately every third weekend the school is closed allowing full rest for the whole team.
The pastry chef position works on a 5 out of 7 day rota, working a variety of 3 shift patterns, never finishing later than 7.30pm (unless we are hosting a function), allowing you to still enjoy your evening.
This position is an all year round 52 week position.
The site is fully closed over the Christmas period allowing a good rest period and time to enjoy being with family and friends. We are also closed on all Bank Holidays!
