Job Role: Pastry Chef De Partie

Rate of pay: £29,000

Hours: 40/45 hours per week

Location: Streatham

Role Responsibilities:

  • Pastry chef required! We are looking for a talented, confident, and experienced chef with good pastry experience to join our established team.
  • Managing the pastry section, responsible for all aspects of the section and dessert MEP, producing high-quality desserts efficiently under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Collaborating on creating new dessert menu ideas and specials.

Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients, you will enjoy the busy kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards in food production, preparation, and presentation. Experience is essential, with a passion for food, training, and supervising junior team members. A friendly, professional, and positive attitude, along with good English speaking skills, is required.
