Position Details

CHEF DE PARTIE - WELL ESTABLISHED RETAIL BUSINESS - PERMANENT POSITION - SOUTHAMPTON SO18

38-HOUR CONTRACT - DAY SHIFTS ONLY - CIRCA £27,000-£29,500 SALARY + BENEFITS

Leisure Solutions specializes in recruiting Leisure and Hospitality professionals across the UK, working with various businesses to attract suitable candidates.

We are collaborating with an award-winning multi-purpose retail outlet with multiple venues across the South of England, each featuring a large, high-volume on-site restaurant serving breakfast and lunch from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

The venue offers full breakfast service until 11:30am, followed by hot-food counter service including fresh pizzas, homemade pies, and an on-site carvery.

You will oversee the counter service, mainly the patisserie counter. A strong pastry background is required for this role.

This role offers sociable hours with no split shifts, alternate weekends off, a day off during the week, and only one late night per week.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, proactive, and energetic, with excellent customer service skills. Previous catering, patisserie, and high-volume production experience is preferred.
