Job Role: Pastry Chef De Partie

Rate of Pay: £29,000

Hours: 40/45 hours per week

Location: Streatham

Role Responsibilities
  • Require a talented, confident, and experienced Pastry Chef with good pastry skills.
  • Manage the Pastry section, overseeing all aspects including dessert menu engineering and production.
  • Create new dessert menu ideas and specials in collaboration with the team.
  • Work with high-quality ingredients, ensuring the highest standards in food production, preparation, and presentation.
  • Experience is essential, with a passion for food and a desire to train and supervise junior staff.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive attitude, with good English communication skills.
