About the Role

As a key member of our pastry team, you will produce a wide range of classic and contemporary French pâtisserie and chocolate work. Responsibilities include creating wedding showpieces like croquembouche, working with chocolate, and contributing to an evolving seasonal menu. You will benefit from ongoing development and hands-on training in authentic French techniques, from laminated doughs to elegant entremets, mousses, and chocolate tempering.
