Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part-time Pastoral Support Tutor to join Windsor College on a permanent basis over 41 weeks, including term-time. The role offers a Salary Scale H20–H22 pro-rata, with DBS and safeguarding checks a mandatory part of the process.

You will provide pastoral guidance, support academic progress, and help develop personal development activities for Sixth Form learners, working with colleagues to ensure a positive college experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral care and student welfare
• Ability to deliver personal development activities
• Collaboration with staff to support learners

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral and academic guidance to Sixth Form learners
• Lead wellbeing and study-skills activities
• Support safeguarding processes and contribute to PEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and managers to enhance student experience
