Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a part-time, term-time basis. The role involves 37 hours per week across 37 term-time weeks and a pro-rata salary on the G18 band.

You will assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities, support with exams and assignments, and help develop English, mathematics and ICT skills while safeguarding policies are observed. DBS checks will be required.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics at grade A-C or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach; able to work across departments and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support with assignments, exam preparation and development of English, mathematics and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records; adapt learning materials; support use of specialist equipment.
