Cannock Chase High School in Cannock is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to support welfare and holistic development of students in designated Year groups, in liaison with the Pastoral Team. You will help students with personal, social, developmental and behaviour needs, aiming to maximise potential both inside and outside of school.

The role requires strong communication with staff, parents and external agencies, plus a solution-focused approach.

Formación

• Experience supporting students with personal, social, development and behaviour needs.
• Ability to liaise with staff, parents and external agencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SIMS experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support welfare and holistic development of students in assigned Year groups.
• Collaborate with the Pastoral Team to promote high standards of behaviour and attendance.
• Contribute to the school's Behaviour Policy and ensure smooth running of the pastoral area.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents and carers to resolve issues.
