Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a Pastoral & Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support secondary schools across Bolton and Salford.

Roles include one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils engage with learning and develop resilience, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and long-term placements. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people in education or youth settings, strong behaviour management skills, and a calm, patient approach.

Pastoral & Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools

Locations: Bolton & Salford
Salary: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting Pastoral and Behaviour Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Bolton and Salford.

These roles are ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Learning Support Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Youth Workers, Graduates and other professionals with experience supporting young people.

The Role:

• Providing targeted support to pupils who may be struggling with behaviour, attendance or engagement.
